Updates

Happy March everyone!
Sorry for the unannounced lack of a February newsletter, but nothing to worry about, just lost track of time until the month was nearly over.

Tomorrow (Monday March 2nd) is a special snow day make-up session of Mending Mondays, so if you didn't get your fix last week, come on in. That won't change the regular timing, so Mending Monday will also be on 3/9 before returning to the regular bi-weekly schedule.

Take it Apart Tuesday is returning to Talk & Tinker on March 10th as a mini-theme, so if you have something that needs opening or want to turn a disused hard drive into a handy magnetic screw tray, come on out!

Just in case you haven't looked at our calendar recently, we've added new member hours: Sundays from 12-3 and Tuesdays from 10:30am - 1:30pm, to have some daylight hours in the space this spring.

Lastly, we have a new sign-in system that we're bringing online (see the pic below) that lets you associate any old "tap" capable card (Charlie card, bus card, etc) with your name in our system. Signing in helps us know which events are popular, make sure waivers are up to date, and gives us an idea about how members are using the space. Not to worry though, it's all locally hosted on systems we're in control of, so your info isn't being sold or traded, and we're happy to share how it all works if you're curious.
