This month, Mending Mondays will continue to focus on adding pockets to garments, mending holes with patches, and reattaching buttons. Come in to learn, share, and make progress on our mending pile. Talk & Tinker Tuesdays has been seeing some great turnout from first time visitors, as well as members, and projects ranging from 3d printing parts for a freezer repair to building a stool out of plastic spools, along with many great conversations. Mending Mondays and Talk & Tinker Tuesdays are free sessions and open to the public, but donations are always welcome. Member hours are open to visitors for a pay-what-you-can donation. Advanced equipment (3d printers, laser, power tools, etc) requires a membership and training, however quick demonstrations and assistance with small projects is available during Talk & Tinker and at the discretion of our volunteers during other sessions.
